Chris Johnson, P.E., P.S.
Engineering Manager and Project Coordinator

Gene P. Smith, Jr., CHMM, REM, CPEA
Director of EHS Compliance and Management

Years of Experience

  • Over 20 years in the field of environmental compliance auditing, site risk assessment, and environmental, health and safety management systems development and implementation

  • Working knowledge of a wide variety of environmental, health and safety statutes and regulations, including RCRA, CWA, OPA, CAA, TSCA, EPCRA, CERCLA, FIFRA, and OSHA

Hank Roberts
Senior Safety Manager

He is a graduate of LSU and NOBTS, with degrees in Psychology and Counseling. He has a strong background in Law Enforcement, Emergency Services and the Military.

Charles Cospelich, RPG
Senior Hydrologeologist

Years of Experience:

  • Over 20 years in environmental site assessment, subsurface investigation, environmental modeling, and remedial design/construction projects

Key Focus Areas:

  • Comprehensive environmental program management
  • Development and use of groundwater flow and contaminant transport models for evaluation of corrective measures, risk evaluation, and natural attenuation

He has managed over 150 assessment, investigation, compliance and construction projects. He has developed and implemented remediation plans to address soil and groundwater contamination utilizing a variety of innovative technologies including:

  • soil vapor extraction
  • in-situ and ex-situ biodegradation
  • vacuum enhanced pumping

Kenneth D. Ruckstuhl, RPG
Senior Geologist/Project Manager

Mr. Ruckstuhl has extensive experience providing environmental consulting services to industrial and governmental clients. He has managed numerous geologic investigations and compliance, permitting, solid waste, Brownfields, and remediation projects. His experience includes managing multi-media permitting projects such as the Red Hills Power Project, the first lignite-fired power plant in the state of Mississippi.

 

Ethan Allen, RPG
Staff Geologist

  • Project implementation for remediation of contaminated soil and groundwater

He has served as project manager on various projects including:

  • Wetland delineations

Stephanie Kilgore, PE
Senior Engineer

Years of Experience: 

  • Over 15 years in environmental engineering

Key Focus Areas:

  • NPDES and minor, synthetic minor, and Title V air permitting
  • Development and maintenance of SWPPP’s, SPCC plans, and Louisiana SPC plans
  • Development of site compliance auditing systems
  • Environmental compliance audits

She has multimedia environmental experience including reporting, permitting, and compliance.

As a corporate environmental manager, Ms. Kilgore supported plant personnel with environmental compliance for waste management, NPDES, storm water, air emissions, and other potential environmental projects.

Jeremy Van Slyke
Environmental Scientist
