Chris Johnson, P.E., P.S.
Engineering Manager and Project Director

Responsibilities

  • Leads design, permitting and construction activities for projects ranging from Solid Waste Landfills to residential subdivisions

Ethan Allen, RPG
Environmental Manager

Kenneth D. Ruckstuhl, RPG
Senior Geologist/Project Manager

Mr. Ruckstuhl has extensive experience providing environmental consulting services to industrial and governmental clients. He has managed numerous geologic investigations and compliance, permitting, solid waste, Brownfields, and remediation projects. His experience includes managing multi-media permitting projects such as the Red Hills Power Project, the first lignite-fired power plant in the state of Mississippi.

Lauren Marcella, RPG
Senior Geologist

  • Over 25 years in environmental site investigation, risk assessment and reporting, RCRA and other permitting compliance, data management, modeling, and statistics

Ms. Marcella has extensive knowledge of Louisiana’s Risk Evaluation Corrective Action Program (RECAP) and EPA risk assessment including soil, ground water, surface water, sediment, and soil vaper.  She has developed relational databases and manages investigation and monitoring data for several facilities.  Ms. Marcella has constructed groundwater flow and constituent transport models using MODFLOW, MT3D, and FEMWATER and utilizes three-dimensional modeling software to model subsurface conditions.

William Meredith, RPG

Steven G. Utroska, P.E., RPG
Project Manager

Mr. Utroska specializes in projects to restore and protect the integrity of water and soil through conservation and remediation.  He conducts site investigations and manages data collection efforts ranging from:

  • Stream monitoring for surface water restoration
  • Groundwater monitoring
  • Soil acquisition with direct push, split-spoon and virbracore samplers
  • Physical and chemical soil characterization
  • Subsurface geologic mapping
  • Geophysical methods such as ground penetrating radar and electric resistivity surveying
